Job Description

Drive solution-based sales and consistently meet assigned targets within the designated territory

Build and strengthen relationships with Chinese and Taiwanese companies operating in Vietnam

Support investment and relocation projects from Greater China by offering customized industrial solutions

Conduct frequent client visits to nurture long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with technical and internal teams to deliver proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts

Analyze market dynamics and competitor movements to deliver actionable business insights and strategies

The Successful Applicant

Language: Proficiency in Chinese with either English or Vietnamese is required

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related engineering fields

Experience: At least 3 years in industrial product sales, ideally involving electromechanical equipment

Preferred background in compressed air systems or industrial solution selling; B2B or project-based sales experience is a plus

Strong skills in customer development, key account management, communication, and negotiation

Willingness to travel frequently across Vietnam; results-driven and target-oriented mindset
