About Our Client
Our client is one the fast grown exclusive medical specialized networks in South East Asia. The ultimate goal of the Group is to build up sustainable Doctor communities. The Account Manager position is open to individual to grow with the group and refine the Health Technology sector.
- Establish a healthy and long term relationship with Key Pharmaceutical clients
- Help Pharma clients achieve meaningful customer connection through engaged events and programs that are targeted and that support the client objectives.
- Project manage internal resources for project development and on-time delivery.
- Ensure quality of content meets customer expectations and maximizes the number of touchpoints to target customer groups to achieve client outcomes.
- Ensures execution of planned events/activities is seamless, by managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Help our clients understand the value of our work, through post-event analysis, synopsis and ROI assessments.
The Successful Applicant
- Good exposure to Healthcare services and service delivery Industries (i.e Marketing agency etc)
- Strong fundamental in managing insights development and customer profiles
- Client facing roles, managing clients & Relationships, and Marketing outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, manage project deliverables
