Their offshore team plays an essential role in delivering timely and professional financial support in collaboration with the head office in Australia.

Job Description

Depending on your level, responsibilities may include:



  • Processing and reconciling bank statements, invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll entries.


  • Preparing and reviewing BAS (Business Activity Statements), GST, and superannuation reports.


  • Supporting closing processes monthly and annually


  • Managing general ledger transactions and journal entries.


  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and tax returns in accordance with Australian regulations.


  • Liaising with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.


  • Using cloud accounting tools (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.) to manage client accounts.


  • For roles: Reviewing staff work, supporting client meetings, and helping improve internal processes and controls.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for professionals who meet the following criteria:



  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


  • Relevant accounting background (internships or bookkeeping accepted); and accounting, preferably with exposure to Australian accounting standards or clients; Big4 is preferable.


  • Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.


  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.


  • Good written and verbal communication in English.


  • Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to learn and grow in an international environment.
