About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the international freight forwarding industry, with an expanding presence in Southeast Asia. As they continue their journey, we are looking for a highly motivated and versatile professional to join their team and take on a key role in overseeing both their accounting functions and office management operations.

Job Description

  • Record, classify, and process financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with tax filings.
  • Manage employee expense reports, analyze trends, and track cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and office management support, including organizing meetings, overseeing daily office operations, and assisting in onboarding, training, and HR processes.
  • Maintain clear communication, handle sensitive information, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in office management and HR support is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
