Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align admissions and marketing goals with the school's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee creating and promoting a strong brand identity to enhance reputation locally and internationally.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and admissions plans aligned with the school's mission and vision.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in education.
  • Define and enhance the school's competitive positioning and brand messaging.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing and admissions effectiveness.



Admissions Management

  • Lead and oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for families.
  • Set and achieve annual enrollment targets, tracking progress and implementing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families and provide personalized guidance.
  • Collaborate with academic and student services teams to implement retention strategies.
  • Develop admissions policies and procedures aligned with the school's mission and values.
  • Train and supervise the admissions team for effective communication with families.



Marketing and Communications

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media).
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and community outreach.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful brand identity across all communications.
  • Build partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance visibility.



Event Planning and Management

  • Organize and manage events like open houses, information sessions, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support event success.
  • Strengthen community engagement through strategic event planning.



Data Management and Reporting

  • Analyze admissions and marketing data to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions trends and marketing performance for senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Optimize the admissions database system for operational efficiency.



Budget Management

  • Develop and oversee the Admissions and Marketing budget for resource optimization.
  • Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure financial transparency.



Community Relationship Management

  • Foster positive relationships with parents, alumni, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Enhance alumni engagement and maintain effective communication with current families.
  • Act as the school's ambassador at fairs, conferences, and external events.



RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.



Experience

  • At least 10 years in admissions, marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing and admissions initiatives in a K-12 international school setting.

Education

  • Admissions/Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or related fields.
  • Leadership Role: At least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to lead marketing and admissions initiatives, including:
    • Admissions processes.
    • Recruitment and evaluation of prospective students.
    • Experience in dynamic international K-12 environments.
