Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor farm performance and conduct health investigations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct laboratory testing, post-mortem examinations, and slaughter checks.
  • Audit farms for biosecurity compliance and manage disease-free certifications.
  • Develop and implement treatment and vaccination protocols.
  • Deliver training on biosecurity and animal husbandry.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve health challenges.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science.
  • Minimum 8-10 years in animal health management, preferably in large-scale swine or livestock farms.
  • Proven leadership experience managing farm health programs and technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of animal health, biosecurity, and disease prevention.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to farms across Vietnam.
