Job Description

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share within the Private Equity market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our service offerings and generate revenue growth.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of Private Equity clients and differentiate our offerings in the market.



Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and identify ways to deliver added value through our services.
  • Regularly visit clients to build rapport, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.



Business Development

  • Lead the business development efforts within the Private Equity division, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to attract new clients and promote our services effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise our profile and generate new business leads.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years with proven records in business development and strategic partnership
  • Solid sales performance with proven track record of bringing new Clients to the business
  • Strong exposure/network in APAC area, especially Japan and Korea market
  • Consultative Sales & Key Account/Client relationship skill
  • Preferred industry experience: Consulting/ Private Equity/ Professional Services
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced multinational companies
