Act as a supporter-and-creator at country level, work closely with respective Business Manager and Country Marketing2. Integrated Marketing Plan supporter to Country Marketing function (Brand, Social Media, Food services, Retail & E-commerce)Growth Plan and Reports at Market level 3. Prepare and align long-term strategic growth plan for market in order to achieve LKK brand and category performance based on the inputs from markets.4. Prepare and consolidate management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, Category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis.5. Work closely with Finance, Business Manager, and Country marketing to track and monitor the A&P spending of markets.Market Level marketing & E-com activities 6. Responsible for sales achievement and growth of the digital marketplace across ecommerce platforms.7. Work with cross functional teams to establish and implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive traffic and sales performance.8. Work with Digital agency to build Social Media planning and Advertising to support for E-com growth.9. Provide necessary documents for Food services and Industrial team by connecting with Zone inquiries teams (R&D, T&S, plant).10. Support Market Marketing and execute any Market research, advertising, trade marketing, new product development (NPD), e-commerce, social media and Foodservice program and event, trade event at zone level as required.11. Plan and execute Retail & Food services activities to support for the growth of these channels.12. To work on special assignments assigned by Senior Product ManagerThe Successful ApplicantEducation & Experience: 1. Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields from recognized universities.2. At least 5 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.Requirements & Skills: 1. Communication is an important aspect for this role. The candidate will demonstrate his/her ability and confidence to communicate and influence effectively at all levels, and preferably multi-lingual, with verbal competence in languages such as English and any local language, as appropriate.2. Having experience in E-com operation & Social Media planning is a plus.3. Well discipline, action oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, innovative and analytical thinking skills.4. Excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.5.
