Our client is a global leader in apparel manufacturing with facilities spanning across many countries and provides a wide range of apparel products including lifestyles wear, denim, intimate, sweater, sportswear and outdoor apparel. They are looking for an AGM - HR for one of their business lines in Vietnam.
Job Description
- Strategy and SOP
To formulate HR Strategies to strengthen the Organization Development and Effectiveness
To in charge of the HR to implement the HR strategies
To provide Senior level counsel & professional advice on HR related issues
- Culture Building
To foster Learning Culture, Quality of Work Life, Caring Organization
To benchmark with best practice and to develop policies and systems
- Recruitment and Team Building
To lead and develop a team of HR Professionals
To recruit and develop Executives and key management positions
- Organization and People Development
To facilitate organization planning and manage NGL Program,
To review and manage Head counts expansion, Payroll cost, Recruitment cost
- Performance Management
To implement Performance Management
To design and review the rewards system
- Employer Brand
To promote Corporate Image and becomes the "Employer of Choice"
To bring in best practices and reinforces wanted behavior to strengthen the Crystal culture
- Change Management
To lead the changes and participate in change management process
- Employee Relations
To handle ad hoc project e.g. Review the HR aspects of all employee communication over
social media studies, review and advise on the HR aspects in Employee Relation
The Successful Applicant
1. Min 10 years of HR Experience and min 6 years in Senior Management position in MNC
2. Garment manufacturing experience is a plus
3. Good communication skill both in written and verbal (English, Vietnamese)
4. All rounded HR background with strong knowledge in local labor law and ER
5. Familiar in HR-related tools and systems with in-depth experience in dealing with local Labour Bureau, various recruitment channels, training vendors
6. Good analytical, problem solving, organization skill
7. Flexible and think out of the box to provide solution
