Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service agency environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching a sales team
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
