We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and oversee the execution of investment banking transactions. This role focuses on driving project delivery, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. The position also involves supporting leadership in deal structuring and mentoring team members to maintain quality standards.

Job Description



  • Leading daily execution and management of IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate restructuring, and debt arrangement projects


  • Coordinating communication and workflow among clients, deal teams, and internal support units


  • Assisting leadership in assessing and shaping deal structures and strategies


  • Supporting client relationship management alongside leadership team


  • Coaching team members to uphold high standards of work quality


  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned by leadership

The Successful Applicant



  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields


  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently


  • Have solid skills in financial modeling and relevant software tools


  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English


  • Show motivation, teamwork, and leadership qualities


  • Professional certifications like ACCA or CFA are a plus
