Job Description

  • Be the primary point of contact for any customer account management issues
  • Establish and preserve dependable, long-lasting connections with your clients
  • To increase revenue, bargain deals and close contracts
  • With major clients, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, establish relationships of trust as advisors
  • Make sure that our solutions are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our customers' goals
  • Communicate to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives
  • To satisfy sales quotas, expand existing client relationships, find areas for improvement, and/or develop new business
  • Forecast and monitor important account indicators, such as quarterly sales performance and yearly projections
  • Construct reports on account status
  • Work together to find and develop prospects inside the region with the B2B Business Development team

The Successful Applicant

  • Having +5 years of experience in working with B2B clients.


  • Experience working for large tech businesses or in quickly expanding start-up environments is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of business software deployment.
  • Good track record of successful job experience in business development or related positions.
  • Centered on the details and customer service.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills among native Vietnamese.
