Job Description

  • Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations
  • Continuously monitor and analyse best practices, developments in the waste management (AR, AF, Local, regional and global, internal and external group, recycling, import/export) to identify business opportunities for the group
  • Close collaboration with MBI and Pricing Manager
  • To carry out feasibility studies for identified business opportunities which covering political, social, financial, legal and commercial aspects
  • To ensure necessary expert's support from Vietnam, Regional, and external sources (NGOs, Government bodies) for feasibility studies
  • Review and plan for investment budget & development budget
  • Monitor actual cost vs. approved budget.
  • Control the Budget

The Successful Applicant

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or above in Technical, Environmental technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Commercial, Finance, Operations, or Business Development functions in a managerial capacity or in conducting business project feasibility studies. Candidates with backgrounds in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Environmental Solutions are highly desired
  • Working experience in waste, environment service and resource management
  • Working experience with central and local government bodies, authorities, local and international NGOs
  • Working experience in Environment field as consultant, business development or sales management preferably related to waste industry
