  • Oversee and manage tasks for the entire team.
  • Assist users in defining business requirements to align with their goals.
  • Prepare detailed business specification documents.
  • Provide day-to-day application and operational support.
  • Plan and manage resources for implementing software enhancements and assigned projects.

The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience

  • Education: A university degree or college diploma in Business, Computing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of SharePoint.
