Job Description

  • Set and implement action plans to meet sales targets and KP-Is.
  • Monitor boutique performance, analyse results, and improve sales.
  • Lead the team, set individual and team performance goals.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop VIP client database and in-boutique initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Build relationships with VIP clients, expand client database, and ensure follow-up with VI-Cs.
  • Track dara for customer relationship programs
  • Represent the brand at meetings, events, and functions.
  • Support marketing activities and drive brand awareness.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify training needs and ensure continuous development.
  • Provide regular performance and sales reports to management.
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
  • Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate inventory, prevent theft, and maintain product quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of store operations and management.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is a distinct advantage.
  • Genuine interest in luxury watches and jewellery.
  • Strong analytically abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to interpret and apply business and market intelligence effectively.
  • Fluent in English
