They are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager expanding business in VietnamJob DescriptionYour responsibilityManage a pipeline of customer prospects, and secure new business relationships in order to achieve sales and profitability targetsDevelop and enhance relationships with new customers to uncover opportunities for growthIdentify trends, opportunities, or issues with key customers that could have an impact on revenue or profitabilityDevelop, execute and continually refresh the Business Development strategy and plan for the Vietnam marketBuild and lead the Business Development team and capability in VietnamDrive revenue and profit growth from new business, including brand partner acquisition, channel partner acquisition, and existing relationship expansion or extensionManage end-to-end Business Development process, including opportunity origination, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and onboardingProvide accurate and timely reporting on pipeline status, velocity, and forecast to country and group stakeholdersCollaborate with the Business Development community in other markets on multi-country opportunities and deliver consistency in our service offerings, go-to-market approach, and partner experienceWork with functions and product owners to continually develop and enhance our solutions and services based on emerging opportunities and evolving market needsThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful Applicants4-5 years of business development experience. Experience in e-commerce would be an added advantageAbility to influence others to get results and decisions made, working with all levels of management both internally and externallyFinancial and business acumen to analyze customer performance and resultsMaintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsMotivated, self-starter. Strong influencing skillsStrong, concise and clear communication skills (written, verbal or presentation)Strong business acumen.
