Our client is a fast grown and sustainable business, specializes in providing shipping management, online cargo booking services. With current expansion plan, they are looking for Business Development/Key Account Management talents together to scale up their team in Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assists in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
  • Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness.
  • Develop lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
  • Develop sales performance metrics based on organisation service prices and cost structure approach.
  • Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty.
  • Manage teams in the workplace.
  • Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness.
  • Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Review sales proposals/ tender documents.
  • Shape sales outcome effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Good exposure in handling customers / business in sea and air freights
  • Understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries
  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, Business acumen.
  • Passionate in growing and ambitious individual contributor
