Job Description



Business Growth & Client Acquisition
* Identify and secure new customers among professional installers, local assemblers, and upcoming Smart Centers.
* Implement strategies to grow sales and profitability in the territory.
* Achieve or exceed set sales targets.

Account Management & Support
* Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Deliver technical and commercial training; provide occasional onsite installation support.
* Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies.

Market Development & Reporting
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights.

Events & Representation
* Participate in trade shows, industry events, and regional marketing activities to support brand and product visibility.

The Successful Applicant



Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree or technical diploma with complementary commercial training.
* 3-5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development.
* Strong knowledge of BMS, automation, or related technical industries.
* Proven hunter mindset with a track record of opening new accounts and driving growth.
* Experience working with American or European companies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and QlikView.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
* Self‑motivated, organised, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
