Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your will be in charge of:

  • Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successful deal completion.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise clients across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify opportunities within consulting firms, investment groups, and corporate entities.
  • Maintain a structured commercial pipeline and track progress against defined KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Represent the business at regional events and industry gatherings to broaden market visibility.
  • Contribute to regional commercial initiatives focused on expanding presence in Southeast Asia.
  • Provide market observations and insights to refine SEA go‑to‑market approaches.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within consulting, market research, executive search, professional services, or investment/corporate advisory.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Skilled at recognizing commercial opportunities and converting them into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Experience working with consulting firms, private equity groups, investment funds, and corporate clients.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment requiring adaptability and effective prioritization.
  • Familiarity working with regional and global teams.
  • Experience guiding team members is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.
  • Vietnam‑based, covering the SEA market; regional travel as needed.
