Job Description

  • To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process, engaging & following them through to a successful agreement to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with both internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate critical accounts across Southeast Asian countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam).
  • Build relationships quickly with key stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company across all Southeast Asian markets.
  • Have a strong understanding of the prospect's pain points to determine & propose how our solutions will speak to their pain points.
  • Devise creative strategies to engage with tough-to-reach prospects in Southeast Asia.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 4-6 years of proven B2B sales / Business Development experience (preferably selling technology products).
  • Min of 4-6 years of experience working in Southeast Asian countries, either remotely or in person, with a track record of handling clients from these regions.
  • Familiarity with the local languages spoken in Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. l Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Excellent Time Management and Planning Skills
  • A self-starter. A tenacious individual who is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.
  • Passionate about disruptive technologies and eager to learn cool new things.
  • Ability to prospect and manage relationships with potential clients, from C-level to senior level within large Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic vision into their business.
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Talking & Meeting is second nature for you. Your day will consist of high volume calling/meeting/emailing.
  • MBA/PGDM from a leading institute is preferred
