Job Description

  • Carry our market research, understand customer trends and analyse new business opportunities;
  • In charge of detailed planning for sales and marketing campaigns;
  • Manage and boost performance of business development staff;
  • Participate in conferences and seminars on business topics;
  • Report monthly/quarterly/yearly business results to senior management level;
  • Build the list of potential customers to continuously grow your business;
  • Manage direct meetings with customers to exchange and negotiate large-scale purchase and sale
  • Outline the direction of business development for future term;
  • Build appropriate strategies to improve the business situation;

The Successful Applicant

  • Having at least 8 - 10 years of sales experience in HVAC is preferable;
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in management roles of B2B sales;
  • Experienced in National Accounts/ Key Account management is an advantage
  • Fluent communication in English;
