Job Description

  • Manage a team of different portfolio machinery and consumable sales to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Provide support and coaching to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and P&L responsibility of the division.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Report regularly to senior management on business performance and market insights.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in machinery, equipment for packaging materials or related industries.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong sales and business development background.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required
