Job Description

The Commercial Director is essential for driving growth and success in Vietnam. This individual must have a robust strategic vision and the capability to implement that vision effectively while adhering to local regulations.

Sales and Marketing

  • Formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies



People Management

  • Leading and overseeing a team of employees
  • Recruiting, training, and developing personnel
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture and encouraging employee engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in business administration, science, medicine, or pharmacy
  • Exposure in a management position at the country or business-unit level, with responsibility for people management and P&L
  • Exposure in sales and marketing in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Skilled in driving performance, building alignment, influencing and executing
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and takes action
  • Demonstrate a leadership style that is results- and goal-oriented
  • Capable of implementing both strategic and operational plans to support the vision
  • Confidently written and spoken English language communication skills
