Job Description

  • Lead sales and marketing to achieve portfolio P&L goals.
  • Develop strategies using scientific data for sustainable growth and market share.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration for effective inventory management and early patient identification.
  • Mentor the team in performance and talent management while ensuring ethical conduct and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in business administration, science, medicine, or pharmacy
  • Exposure in a management position at the country or business-unit level, with responsibility for people management and P&L
  • Exposure in sales and marketing in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Skilled in driving performance, building alignment, influencing and executing
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and takes action
  • Demonstrate a leadership style that is results- and goal-oriented
  • Capable of implementing both strategic and operational plans to support the vision
  • Confidently written and spoken English language communication skills
