They provide a stable yet dynamic environment for professionals seeking to contribute to a growing business based in Hanoi.Job DescriptionDevelops and executes the company's long-term financial strategy aligned with overall growth plans.Acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on investments, expansion initiatives, M&A opportunities, and resource allocation.Conducts financial modelling, forecasting, and market trend analysis to inform senior-level decisions.Oversees end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, audit, and cash flow.Ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations and both Vietnamese and international accounting standards.Manages the development and optimisation of financial systems such as BRAVO to increase operational efficiency.Analyses production costs at the seafood processing plant in Cà Mau and the outsourcing workshop in Hanoi to optimise cost structures.Works closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory, reduce waste, and improve working capital turnover.Evaluates financial performance of manufacturing sites and recommends operational improvements or changes in outsourcing partners.Provides product profitability assessments, pricing strategies, and distribution channel performance insights to commercial teams.Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure business decisions are backed by reliable financial data.Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of promotions, marketing campaigns, and market expansion efforts.Establishes strong internal control systems to ensure compliance and reduce financial and operational risk.Manages key financial risks including foreign exchange, credit, liquidity, and operational exposures.Builds, mentors, and develops a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
