They are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy in this dynamic global environment.

Job Description



  • Strategic Financial Leadership:


    • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.


    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.


    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial performance, business opportunities, and risks.


    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify cost efficiencies and profitability improvements.


  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:


    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or other applicable frameworks.


    • Ensure the integrity and transparency of financial reporting, with a focus on driving operational efficiency.


    • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with global accounting standards and tax regulations.


  • Cash Flow and Capital Management:


    • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, equity, and working capital optimization.


    • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation strategies.


    • Lead initiatives to improve profitability, working capital management, and return on investment (ROI).


  • Risk Management:


    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure, economic fluctuations, and changes in financial regulations across various global markets.


    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and financial stability.


  • Leadership and Team Management:


    • Lead and mentor a high-performing global finance team, ensuring development, accountability, and alignment with company goals.


    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, financial discipline, and transparency across all financial functions.



The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level finance role, preferably in a global services or multinational organization.


  • Proven experience in managing complex financial operations, including international financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.


  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance in a global business environment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
