Job Description

As a Chief Digital Transformation Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the bank's long-term vision.
  • Lead the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing to enhance banking services.
  • Oversee digital banking initiatives, ensuring seamless customer journeys across online and mobile platforms.
  • Drive enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities to enable real-time decision-making and personalization.
  • Spearhead cultural transformation, fostering a digital-first mindset across all departments.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with digital banking regulations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital, technology, and innovation professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Digital Transformation Officer should have:

  • 15+ years of experience in bank, fintech, or technology transformation within financial services.
  • Proven track record in successfully transforming an enterprise-wide digital organization in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking trends, customer behavior, and emerging financial technologies.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, and risk management in digital banking.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic vision.
  • Strong command of Vietnamese language is a plus.
