Job Description

As Chief Learning Officer your main responsibilities includes:

  • Set and execute long-term academic strategy aligned with the school's vision.
  • Supervise and develop Heads of School and academic leaders.
  • Drive curriculum design, assessment systems, and instructional quality.
  • Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with global standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Student achievement growth and reaching accreditation milestones.
  • Building on teacher development and retention strategies.
  • Parent satisfaction and community engagement.

The Successful Applicant

What we are looking for?

  • 10+ years of progressive educational leadership, including senior executive roles.
  • Proven success in improving academic outcomes and leading school leaders.
  • Experience with international accreditation (WASC or equivalent).
  • Advanced degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership.
  • Strong cross-cultural leadership and communication skills.
