We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic human resources initiatives and foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, advising senior leadership, and overseeing key areas such as talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development across operations in Vietnam.

Job Description

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with local and regional priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related topics such as organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnamese labor regulations and reflect international HR standards.



Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention plans, including workforce and succession planning.
  • Manage performance, learning, and development programs to enhance leadership and technical expertise.
  • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.



Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the main contact for complex employee relations matters.
  • Create a positive workplace environment that encourages engagement, motivation, and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular HR reviews and employee surveys to evaluate and improve satisfaction levels.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Provide guidance on pay structures, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Develop salary frameworks that comply with Vietnamese labor regulations.
  • Ensure fair and competitive HR practices aligned with local market trends and organizational guidelines.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and timely HR data and reports to guide decision-making.
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, contracts, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure full adherence to local labor laws and internal organizational standards.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior management positions within large or multinational organizations.
  • Proven success in strategic HR management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Experience working with international or nonprofit organizations of 1,000+ employees is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency preferred.
