Job Description

As the Cluster Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our Vietnam office. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Lead and manage the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government entities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on performance metrics, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cluster Head of Vietnam should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience specifically in the Vietnam region is highly valued due to the region's unique market dynamics and regulatory environment
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required
