About Our Client
Our client is a growing funded property tech start-up.
- Propose, obtain agreement to, and execute the implementation of strategic and operating plans which will provide for the realization of product plans, successfully exploit business opportunities and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure the successful identification, planning and exploitation of new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business
- Scale the business to include online and offline verticals.
- Be accountable for the business's overall performance and P&L.
- Hire, manage, motivate and provide leadership to the team on the ground. Serve as both a coach and team player to the employees.
- Assist to create and implement robust policy and procedures. Clear roadblocks faced by the team.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 8 years of experience in total with at least 3 years in Tech Start-up
- Proven experience in executive and leadership role growing start-up from zero/early stage to Series A or further
- A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun.
- You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
