Job Description

  • Analyzing customer service data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of efficient processes.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of industrial/chemical sector
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (other languages a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with strong teamwork skills
