Job Description



  1. Strategic Communication Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
    • Oversee internal and external communication plans, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and regions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all communication matters, including crisis management and corporate positioning.


  2. Corporate Brand & Reputation Management
    • Lead initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an industry leader and trusted global brand.
    • Manage relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to drive positive coverage and public perception.
    • Oversee the creation of high-impact PR campaigns, thought leadership content, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.


  3. Internal Communication
    • Design and implement internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, transparency, and alignment with corporate values.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure effective communication during organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.


  4. Digital & Social Media Strategy
    • Drive the company's presence across digital and social media channels, ensuring innovative, data-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Monitor trends, metrics, and analytics to optimize communication efforts and inform future strategies.


  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and develop a high-performing global communication team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to align communication efforts with business priorities.


  6. Crisis and Risk Management
    • Proactively manage communication strategies during crises to protect the company's reputation and maintain stakeholder trust.
    • Develop contingency plans and act as the primary spokesperson in high-stakes situations.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing global communication strategies for a multinational organization.


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.


  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
    • Deep understanding of media relations, digital communication, and emerging industry trends.
    • Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
