Job Description

  • As CMI Lead, you will work closely with the commercial and marketing leadership teams to embed consumer insights into the heart of business decision-making.
  • You will deliver actionable recommendations that enhance brand performance across multiple growth levers, while managing both locally led and globally guided projects.
  • A core aspect of the role involves strengthening the voice of the consumer, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring sharper execution across the business agenda.
  • You will also take responsibility for managing consumer research projects, synthesizing diverse data sources, and shaping strategies that connect insights to business growth.
  • The role requires managing external agency partners, ensuring high-quality delivery of insights, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Beyond business impact, you will play a key role in people development by coaching, mentoring, and driving the growth of your team.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate brings at least 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, marketing, or related functions.
  • You have a proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and business recommendations, with strong expertise in strategic thinking, storytelling, and consumer research methodologies
  • Experience in managing cross-functional discussions, guiding research approaches, and working with external agencies is essential.
  • Leadership experience in team development and coaching over the past 1-2 years will be highly valued.
  • A strong balance of business acumen and consumer-centric mindset is required, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape category strategy.
