Job Description

We are seeking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational strategy and growth of a dynamic education platform within its portfolio. This role is ideal for a senior leader with a passion for impact, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams:

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution across the platform
  • Drive integration and performance across a growing portfolio of schools
  • Oversee talent strategy, organisational design, and operational systems
  • Champion values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all functions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to scale sustainably and effectively
