Job Description

As COO, you will oversee all non-academic functions across our network of schools ensuring every campus is safe, well‑run, future‑ready, and aligned to our mission. You will lead regional operations closely with the CEO and Chief Education Officer, and deliver scalable systems that support academic excellence and organizational growth. This is a rare opportunity to influence the learning journey of thousands of young people worldwide.

  • Lead daily operational performance across all schools, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and service.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes that support growth across multiple countries.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across facilities, technology, HR operations, procurement, and support services.
  • Strengthen organizational culture developing high‑performing leaders and unified ways of working across regions.
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and education leaders to align operations with strategic goals.
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, safeguarding, and crisis readiness.
  • Guide capital planning, infrastructure investment, and long-term resource strategy.
  • Lead innovation in digital transformation, data systems, and operational best practice.

The Successful Applicant

You are a seasoned operator with experience leading complex, multi-site organizations ideally across international markets. You thrive in fast-growing environments, build strong teams, and bring clarity, structure, and forward-thinking leadership.

You have:

  • 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience in K12 International school
  • A track record of building scalable systems and high-performing teams
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen
  • Resilience, cultural agility, and the ability to lead with empathy and purpose
  • A passion for education and making a positive impact at scale
