Job Description

  • Business Leadership & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for Vietnam's business performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive demand across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in architectural/interior design firms, government projects, real estate builders, and retail distribution networks.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth.
  • Channel Development: Strengthen the distribution network and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Vietnamese market.
  • Execution & Operations: Ensure operational excellence by implementing efficient business processes and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives with corporate strategy.
  • Brand Positioning: Elevate the company's brand presence in Vietnam through targeted marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels, preferably in building materials, interior solutions, or related industries.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape, including distribution networks, government projects, and real estate markets.
  • Leadership & Execution: Strong commercial acumen with hands-on execution skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: High potential leader with an international outlook and a growth-oriented approach.
  • People Leadership: Solid experience in leading and developing teams, with the ability to balance firmness and empathy.
  • Communication & Commitment: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
  • Business Community Connectivity: Preferably from the predominant Vietnamese business community, with a strong professional network.
