Job Description

Brand Management

  • Work in unison with the marketing department to ensure efficient use of budget driving for consumer focus, awareness building and brand engagement activities.
  • Build full year cycle to manage and ensure distributors execution is up to standard.
  • Dive in-store stock availability and presence across Vietnam, duty free shops and leverage shopper insights manage category.
  • Be the leader in market, lead the trend and ensure high standard events and activation activities.



Market Analysis

  • Position the brand portfolios in the market by closely monitoring competitors pricing, strategy and brand investment.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the market to grow the company diverse portfolio and direct investment needs for growth when needed.
  • Communicating and updating the business insight/report on the business to the LT & regional team



Managing customers/distributors

  • Provide first class support and service, inspire our customers with our brands to win their hearts and souls.
  • Set out clear targets and objectives; work together with our customers and distributors and establish promotional and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budget closely through performance tracking, risk and opportunity identification on a monthly basis
  • Maintain stock availability for all priority brands and ensure the plan for distribution is executed smoothly
  • Identify and adjust the route to market while growing the potential partners/customers in the region
  • Nurture and develop close relationship with customers, key accounts in the region and ensure close collaboration especially during peak seasons.

The Successful Applicant

  • Any related discipline/diploma in business and finance
  • Preferably from wine/spirit industry
  • Proven track record of leadership ability, performance and delivering value
  • Hands-on approach, strong problem solving skills and commercial driven
  • Wine/spirit knowledge and passionate about the product
  • Have experience working in complex and volatile market
