About Our Client

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the efficiency of the Data Division's operations. The role involves:

  • Discussing, rationalizing, convincing, and coordinating activities with various managers to expedite ideas into decisions and actions.
  • Initiating discussions to identify project issues, propose solutions, and lead their implementation.
  • Collaborating with project leaders to set and drive organizational vision, strategy, and hiring levels.
  • Developing actionable project strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Translating strategy into actionable steps for growth, including goal setting, performance management, and operations planning.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Performing regular assessments of project execution to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with internal resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Providing consistent project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and reporting on progress and risks.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university.
  • Experience as a team leader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Basic technical skills to understand and prioritize high-level technical issues.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
  • Proven creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.
  • Experience in managing projects through their full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • The ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • The ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
