Job Description

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives;
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure efficient collaboration between departments;
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization;
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Contribute to product development and technical decision-making processes;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies;
  • Act as the General Manager in their absence, providing leadership and decision-making;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position;
  • Current or previous experience working in Asian countries;
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, knowledge of one or more Asian languages will be an advantage to the required experience;
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and business growth;
  • Strong understanding of financial management and business analytics;
  • Solid technical knowledge or at least the degree in the technical field from a reputable institution;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
