Job Description

As a Deputy Sales Director, you will be in charge of leading the direct sales team in order to achieve the goal of increasing revenue and expanding the market.

Sales revenue planning and management:

  • Create a sales strategy based on understanding potential customer needs and market research.
  • Monitor and adjust the sales plan on a regular basis to ensure the team is on track to meet the target.
  • Develop new market development initiatives.
  • Complete regular sales reports detailing the number of sales made.

People management and development

  • Be in charge of overseeing sales force resources, assisting with headcount planning, retention management, hiring, coaching, and motivating the team.
  • Ascertain that direct sales personnel can comprehend, analyse, and advise on solution packages appropriate for customer's business models.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid track record of driving sales strategy and leading direct sales teams (70+ headcounts) to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor sales teams.
  • Understanding of SaaS, software, and payment services products is advantageous.
  • Sales-driven, willing to go above and beyond to innovate new ways to approach customers in the SMEs segment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Available to travel for work.
