Job Description

  • Develop, plan, analyze and execution to the company's overall Agile strategy.
  • Create coaching guidelines for other Agile coaches and practitioners.
  • Provides strategic guidance, issue escalation and resolution, and thought leadership.
  • Provide coaching to Agile delivery teams, ensuring that initiatives are on track, appropriately resourced and risks and issues are appropriately managed.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics that support deployment of Agile methodology, scaling and enablement. Develop and implement mitigation for any under-performing metrics.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs as necessary to support Agile expansion.
  • Effectively partner with other departments and process owners to establish Agile standards to ensure alignment and the expansion of Agile.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience; solid experience in Agile
  • Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of coaching Agile for leaders both tech and non-tech
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to senior leaders as well as end users.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment where needs and priorities can change with tight deadline.
