They are looking for strong Investment operators to action a more aggressive Investment strategy to capitalise on to the favourable market conditions this year.They value Real Estate Investment experience at similar organisations and proven track records of success. They are also interested in speaking to people from a Big 4 background with Senior Manager level experience of above in M&A, Deals, Corporate Finance. Experience with Real Estate clients is preferred.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:* Develop business strategies to venture into new sectors in the Vietnam, which will entail pursuing potential investments, asset and company acquisitions.* Formulate market entry/exit strategies to ensure higher returns upon disposition and complete deep-dive analytic reviews across properties to seek new opportunities that could increase profitability and flow through.* Lead and build new pipelines to grow the business.* Lead in the investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling) and deal execution.* Manage across functions (i.e. legal, tax, HR, development, asset management, etc) for due diligence process for holistic considerations in any investments transactions.* Responsible for delivering sustainable and consistent returns to the stakeholders.* Work with the asset management heads / teams to evaluate and underwrite deals to ensure seamless activities between investment and asset management* Responsible for the overall positioning of assets, the enhancement of cashflow and asset value as well as management of the potential exit strategy.* Provide regular reporting to the Senior Management team at the Headquarter in Asia, and the relevant Investment Committees.The Successful ApplicantCandidate's Profile:The business has outlined a number of key metrics/exposures for potential applicants, they are:- Experience in Real Estate - either having worked directly in a senior Investment capacity already or extensive experience in a top (Big 5) Advisory business with extensive Real Estate exposure. International developers with professional working styles are preferred.- Candidates from a Big 4 background with M&A, Deals, Corporate Strategy/Finance - to a Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director Level. - Candidates looking to make a first move from a Big 4 practice are encouraged to apply - if matching with relevant M&A/Corporate Finance Experience and real Estate Exposure. - Exposure to of the various stages of the Investment process is vitally important - These roles are to an extent quite self-autonomous and require a strong technical know how coupled with the internal motivation and drive to achieve results. - Strong English language skills are essential - Written and Verbal.What's on OfferThe client is willing to pay way above market rate salary + bonus for these roles alongside an international benefits package dictated by the businesses HQ in Singapore.
