Job Description

As an Energy & Utility Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing energy efficiency strategies to optimize utility usage.
  • Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with energy regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate energy-efficient technologies.
  • Managing utility contracts and negotiating favorable terms with providers.
  • Leading initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability.
  • Providing regular reports on energy performance and cost management.
  • Overseeing maintenance and upgrades of utility systems within the facility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Energy & Utility Manager should have:

  • Holds a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in renewable energy, utilities, power projects, or commercial energy & utility procurement.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, consultants, and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear commercial decisions.
  • Experince in working in project expansion environment and leading large industrial expansion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of conducting scenario and risk analysis..
