Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans for the affluent segment, aligned with market opportunities, competitive landscape, internal capabilities, and risk appetite.
  • Lead the design and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with branch networks, analytics, and marketing teams to drive client acquisition.
  • Foster a service-oriented sales culture supported by robust management processes and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the development of wealth management products in partnership with internal teams, third-party providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Establish and expand a model branch network and self-service channels tailored to affluent and HNW clientele.
  • Drive marketing strategies and campaigns to position the brand as a premier provider for affluent individuals and business owners.
  • Set functional strategies, objectives, and policies to support operational infrastructure and business goals.
  • Lead and manage the affluent banking team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor relationship managers, product specialists, and service staff to ensure exceptional client service and talent retention.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including insurance and wealth management providers, vendors, and regulators.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in banking, with at least 5 years in a Director/C-suite role focused on affluent segment, product, and sales.
  • Expertise:
    • Proven track record in relationship management and affluent/private banking.
    • In-depth understanding of wealth management and financial products.
    • Strong grasp of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attributes:
