Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Developing financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management and regional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, ideally within manufacturing or multinational corporate environments.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and FP&A.
  • Solid hands-on experience with IFRS and US GAAP, along with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Proficient in ERP and financial systems, with a focus on process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance requirements.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong track record of identifying and resolving financial challenges.
