Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial goals, budgets, and strategic plans for Wholesale, Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • Oversee finance and controlling functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, cost efficiency, and profitability analysis.
  • Supervise pricing strategies, transfer pricing, and profitability steering while managing marketing budgets, incentives, and investment spending.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new products, projects, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, internal departments, and HQ to align production, sales, and long-term strategies with financial targets.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and enhance controlling functions, including Sales, Production, and Fixed Cost Controlling.
  • Analyze economic trends and fiscal policies to drive informed decision-making and strategic execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and controlling, with a track record of managing complex financial processes and advising senior leadership.
  • Experience in a global or multi-national setting, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning, and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience advising senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global teams and key stakeholders.
