About Our Client

Our client, who has been in the business for nearly 50 years, wants to use their global team and experienced leadership to introduce local items all over the world. They want the world to be aware of and interested in the premium goods coming from Vietnam and to acknowledge the nation as a reputable manufacturer of high-end FMCG goods, particularly in the food sector.

Job Description

This role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage and train the FP&A team, keep track with the daily financial activities
  • Build and generate the financial report, control budget. Ensure the financial procedure is clear and appropriate
  • Control operational effectively, collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure every department can understand finance aspects
  • Lead and support the BOD for any strategic planning
  • Manage the control the risk in every stage of the process
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing the actuals results in comparison with forecasts.
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

The Successful Applicant

  • Finance and Accounting degree.
  • 10 years of experience, specializing in FP&A. Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Export is a must.
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Leadership skill. Hands on experience with statistical analysis.
  • Excellent English communication skill
