About Our Client
Our clients are internationally successful conglomerate in their home country, seeking to venture into Viet Nam by already making headlines in the Viet Nam Financial Market
Succession planning: This role is the only person in the company who has the most access and interactions with the Group CEO, so that he/she can be shadowing CEO's works, must be fast learner who can pick up most aspects of the business who can eventually be succeeding the CEO.
a) Given the company is is rapid expansion mode, you are responsible to drive business expansions through both M&A of new companies and also land acquisitions. Getting involved and have oversights of all ongoing business expansions, by providing supervision and directions of ongoing deals.
b) Driving business efficiency and performance: Working with strategy team to work with
1)the companies that are acquired 2) companies and industries company should look into acquiring, and driving best practices from the top.
c) Strategy and company's directions: Work closely with all subsidiaries in driving best strategy and align all subsidiaries direction to be coherent with the group's goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
*A minimum 10 to 15 years of management consulting needed.
*Vast experience working in deals, M&A
*Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively
*Ability to work with different departments and under high stress
*International property& retail experience is preferred
*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
*Bachelor or Masters degree from Ivy League/Ivy League Standard School
*Certificate of CFA is an advantage
*Language: English, Vietnamese
