Seek necessary approvals for execution while considering external industry developments.Execution & Implementation: Lead and drive the execution of strategic plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with the Group's objectives, business unit plans, and budget.Management: Oversee financial management, personnel, and resources within the assigned business unit, ensuring adherence to the unit's strategy and policies, as well as the group's overall guidelines and HR practices.Project Leadership: As a principal owner of projects within the business unit, define project scope, oversee project management, and coordinate the project portfolio using standardised project management methodologies.Organisational Development: Continuously assess and refine the business unit's organisational structure, work-flows, and systems. Initiate and implement process improvements, ensuring knowledge retention and growth, while aligning with internal procedures and the group's interests.Management Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights on business unit performance and market trends to the CEO, CFO, and Group Management through periodic and ad hoc reports and analysis, adhering to internal reporting standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders/partners. Represent the business unit and the Group to external parties, aligning activities with business needs, organisational guidelines, and external developments.People Management: Recruit, lead, mentor, evaluate, and develop employees within the business unit.
